TaskFlow: Full-Stack SaaS & Agile Leadership
Directed a 9-developer squad through iterative Agile sprints to architect and launch a full-stack task management SaaS. Acted as both Product Manager and core technical contributor, engineering the Node.js/MongoDB backend while orchestrating Jira workflows to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.

Product Management • Agile Leadership • Full-Stack (Node.js/MongoDB) • UI/UX
The Problem: The "Communication Chasm" in Tech
A great software idea usually dies when a large team lacks alignment. With 9 developers, the challenge wasn't just writing the code; it was the orchestration. Backend, frontend, and design sub-teams often operate in silos. The goal was to build a robust SaaS product by completely eliminating technical blockers and translating abstract business requirements into actionable, high-velocity engineering sprints.

The Build: Scalable NoSQL & Responsive UI
Beyond management, I stepped in as a core technical contributor during execution sprints to build the foundational infrastructure.
Non-Relational Backend: Engineered the core REST API using Node.js and Express, implementing a MongoDB (NoSQL) database designed for highly scalable, non-relational task storage and rapid data retrieval.
UX-Driven Frontend: Co-designed the web interface to bridge business logic with user experience. Built a clean, responsive frontend environment (HTML/CSS/JS/Bootstrap) specifically optimized to reduce friction in user workflows.

The Magic: Sprint Orchestration & Team Synergy
Strict Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Managed the entire product backlog, wrote granular user stories, and facilitated sprint planning and retrospectives utilizing Jira and Miro.
Unblocking the Pipeline: Successfully aligned cross-functional sub-teams (design, backend, frontend). By actively monitoring the sprint velocity and removing technical blockers, I ensured the final product strictly adhered to the initial product vision and maintained continuous, high-quality delivery.
