Fashion Label E-Commerce Architecture: Javier Collazo
Architected and launched a bespoke B2C e-commerce platform for a designer fashion label. Bypassed standard templates to build a high-performance frontend using custom Shopify Liquid and Vanilla JS, fully integrated with an automated logistics and post-purchase ecosystem.

The Problem: The "Cookie-Cutter" Trap
High-end fashion brands lose their prestige when forced into standard, clunky off-the-shelf templates. Standard Shopify themes couldn't handle the complex interactive lookbooks or provide the lightning-fast, frictionless mobile checkout required for a premium buyer experience. The brand needed a digital flagship store, not just another template.

The Build: Custom Liquid & Performance DOM I threw away the standard themes and engineered a tailor-made storefront from the ground up, prioritizing mobile performance and brand aesthetic.
Dynamic Frontend: Utilized deep Shopify Liquid templating combined with Vanilla JavaScript to build custom cart drawers, asynchronous product rendering, and interactive lookbooks without relying on heavy third-party apps.
High-Conversion UI/UX: Designed a minimalist, image-centric DOM architecture. By optimizing the mobile purchasing flow and reducing code bloat, I eliminated friction and significantly dropped page load times to drive sales.

The Business Impact: End-to-End Logistics On Autopilot Beautiful UI doesn't matter if operations fail. Beyond the frontend, I configured the complex business logic required to run a modern apparel brand efficiently.
Automated Operations: Integrated dynamic global shipping zones and real-time tax calculations directly into the checkout pipeline.
Frictionless Reverse Logistics: Engineered a self-service return ecosystem. This post-purchase automation drastically reduced customer support tickets and streamlined warehouse operations.
